No, you can simply make an appointment by calling directly with one of our service providers.
If you have had an injury, you may file an ACC claim with one of our service providers. Alternatively, if you have already filed an ACC with an external provider (e.g. GP, physio), we may utilise this claim. It is noteworthy that in some cases ACC do not cover certain services.
Some of our service providers may offer a quick chat for you to find out if you are a suitable candidate for their service.
